Delicious breakfast with a variety of cooked dishes and a tasty cream cheese sandwich, including a selection of cheeses. 😋 The central location of this venue is perfect, right in the heart of a charming area.

Fairly clean hotel in a neat building not far from the Gallery, Lavenham and surrounding areas. Units by dated bedroom. Plenty of cereals and pastries at breakfast. Stunning location in beautiful surroundings, easy to get around.

The helpful and pleasant staff from the Porter to the General Manager. The food and service was first class and served with a smile either in the Restaurant, the Garden or Lounge. Overall an enjoyable stay at the Swan.

Lack of Parking Space even in the overspill parking area which is used by all and sundry.

My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we are an elderly couple. The hotel is set in Lavenham which is a beautiful village in Suffolk. The bedrooms are luxurious, spotlessly clean, the service is excellent and the staff are courteous and pleasant.They couldn't do enough to make our stay with them a happy and memorable one. I would recommend this hotel to families with well behaved small children and couples of all ages.

I had no complaints about this hotel my experience was one of relaxation and a caring and safe environment.

The à la carte restaurant had a nice wine list. I had a great view overlooking the gardens.- The location was excellent, right next to the gallery with a charming mock Tudor dining hall and a pianist.

The Swan is a wonderful, welcoming and warm hotel. It is an ideal retreat for stressed-out, exhausted rat-racers who want to be pampered. The surroundings are a constant delight, log fires, lovely flowers and really delicious food.

Attentive service and a very relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food in an easily accessible rural location.

This is our second visit to The Swan and nothing disappointed us on our return.

This is not a complaint more a question - On our visit last year there was an extensive breakfast buffet - this was gone !!
